Refund Policy

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with ChipPrep, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked — within 14 days of purchase. This applies to all plans: monthly, 3-month, and 6-month.

How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hardwareil.info@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address associated with your account and the approximate purchase date.
- We will review and process eligible requests promptly.
How Refunds Are Processed
All payments are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider — typically 5–10 business days.
After a Refund
- Access to paid features ends immediately upon refund approval.
- Any active subscription associated with the purchase is cancelled.
Cancellations
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically refund a charge that has already been made. However, you may still request a refund under this 14-day policy if you are within the eligible window.
Fixed-term plans (3-month, 6-month) do not auto-renew, so no cancellation is needed to avoid future charges.
