The content provided—including questions, solutions, articles, and tools—is educational and informational only. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any interview or receiving any job offer. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hardwareil.info@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

We offer monthly and fixed-term (3-month, 6-month) subscription plans as described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.

• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Fixed-term plans (3-month, 6-month) grant access for the stated period and do not auto-renew.
• Prices may change, but a price change will not affect a plan already purchased for its current term.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes; Paddle may collect these at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or share content outside your own personal interview preparation.
• Scrape or use automated tools to extract content from the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content on the Service—including questions, solutions, text, design, and software—is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for your own interview preparation. No other rights are granted.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service.

The sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability survive any termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
